Fried chicken needs to be crispy but not greasy, spicy but not too much breading, and it needs to be hot. Given the stiff competition in this town, this is a big win for Jane’s Black Swan Cafe. Their cozy restaurant has been serving Chinese food and their winning fried chicken for more than half a century. With fried chicken this good, expect another fifty years from this little downtown cafe.
