Since 1869, thousands have flocked to the Colorado State Fair for extravagant spectacles of entertainment, cuisine, and fun. Visitors from around the world travel to Pueblo to walk the streets of the fairgrounds enjoying the best artists in concert, to take a crack at classic carnival games, and to experience some of the yummiest and wackiest foods in the nation. Folks can spend days wondering through the Palace of Agriculture,  and Fine and Creative Arts buildings for a glimpse into the best art, handcrafted items and pantry dishes from around the state.  The fair is in full swing for 11 days in late August and has no shortage of non-stop fun and entertainment for folks of all ages.
