The Chile and Frijoles Festival signifies the launch of the fall season in Pueblo. This harvest celebration pays homage to the hard work of local farmers who take pride in their chile crops. From Anaheim to Pueblo chilies and freshly grown beans (frijoles), this festival draws visitors from around the nation. Aromas of freshly roasted chilies and a variety of autum produce fill the streets of downtown Pueblo along historic Union Avenue.
